Who you're buying from

You buy through Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record and authorised reseller. Polar's buyer terms cover the sale and payment, and Polar handles order questions, tax and invoices. These terms cover your licence to use SellerRanks. Prices include VAT where it applies.

What you get

SellerRanks is a Google Chrome extension. A free 7-day trial key gives you the full product for 7 days, with no card needed. A paid licence is a one-time payment with no subscription or renewal. It lets you use SellerRanks for your own work, or your clients', with a key that can be active in up to two browsers at a time. Please don't resell or share it.

Updates

Updates, including fixes when Amazon changes its pages, are included for as long as SellerRanks is on sale. A label may stop working until it's fixed. A large new add-on may be priced separately, and you won't have to buy it. If we stop selling SellerRanks, you can keep using it, but it may stop working as Amazon's pages change.

Refunds and your right to cancel

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying, with no reason needed. Email [email protected] with your order email, or use the form below. We'll arrange the refund through Polar within 14 days of hearing from you, back to your original payment method. Your key stops working once the refund is made.

If you're a consumer, this also covers your legal right to cancel within 14 days.

Using SellerRanks

SellerRanks isn't made or approved by Amazon. Sales figures are minimum estimates, and search positions can vary between shoppers. You're responsible for making sure your use fits the rules that apply to you and your Amazon account, including Amazon's Conditions of Use.

Keys

Keep your key to yourself. We may disable a key that's been shared publicly or used to abuse the service.

If something goes wrong

Tell us and we'll work to put it right. If you're a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you, and nothing here limits them.

If you're buying for a business, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for SellerRanks. We aren't liable for lost profits or sales, or for any action Amazon takes on your account. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protections of your home country's law and can bring a claim there.
