Privacy policy
Last updated 8 November 2026. SellerRanks, a registered business name in Ireland, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
In the extension
SellerRanks reads search, product and best-seller pages on Amazon UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden and Belgium when you open them, plus one public product page each time you click Show rank. It stays off Amazon's sign-in, basket, checkout and account pages, and Seller Central.
What it reads can include ranks, positions, prices, ratings, reviews, product names and the keywords you search. These readings, and the products and keywords you track, are saved in your own Chrome browser. They aren't sent to us or anyone else. You don't enter your Amazon password, and you can export or clear your history at any time. Removing the extension removes what it saved.
Your licence key
To activate and check your key, the extension sends the key, a general label and an activation ID to our payment provider, Polar. It checks about once a day. Polar's reply can include your order details, but the extension only keeps the plan, expiry date and status. We do this to provide the product you bought or asked to try.
Buying or starting a trial

It collects the details needed for that, including your email address, and shares order details with us so we can support you. We use them to run our business and meet our legal duties, and keep them for as long as those duties require. Polar's own privacy policy explains how it uses your details, and it may process them outside Ireland and the EEA.
